WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email us at islas.itzel@gmail.com within 7 days to correct the issue. Customers have 7 days to report a damaged or wrong item. We cannot help you after the 7 days have passed or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
