WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. All orders ship from San Diego, California. Please keep in mind that USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING TIMELINE

USPS First Class: 5-7 days
USPS Priority Mail: 3 -5 days
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the packaged has exited the United States.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Not at the moment due to COVID-19, but hopefully in the near future!


I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT MY PACKAGE HASN’T UPDATED?
If you received a tracking number but there have been no updates to your package after 7 business days, please email us to islas.itzel@gmail.com with name and order number or for USPS packages call: 1-800-ASK-USPS.



STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.


EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including but not limited to: gift cards, apparel, accessories, jewelry, and paper goods. All online sales are final.


TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT HERE! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. If you live in an apartment or condominium complex please check with your buildings office, sometimes the carrier will drop off the package there if it does not fit in your mailbox. YAY Itzel will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and is not responsible for lost packages if the address is entered incorrectly. YAY Itzel is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.


WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
We make sure all your items leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but in the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item: please email us at islas.itzel@gmail.com within 7 days to correct the issue. Customers have 7 days to report a damaged or wrong item. We cannot help you after the 7 days have passed or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
